Position: Customer Experience Coordinator
Reports to: Operations Manager

Kitchen Tune-Up is a locally owned and growing kitchen remodeling company looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while supporting our sales, marketing, and daily operations.
As the first voice our customers hear and one of the first faces they meet, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through project completion. You'll also help showcase our beautiful remodeling projects through social media, community events, and marketing efforts.
No two days are the same-and that's exactly what makes this role exciting!
Primary Focus: Deliver exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and marketing.
Customer Care
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Contact new leads and schedule appointments.
• Qualify leads using the Kitchen Tune-Up questionnaire.
• Prepare customers for their design consultation.
• Maintain communication throughout the customer journey.
• Update customer records in CRM.
• Follow up after appointments and completed projects.
Sales Support
• Schedule consultations.
• Follow up on outstanding proposals.
• Assist with customer reviews and referrals.
Marketing Support
• Schedule corporate social media posts.
• Submit before-and-after project photos
