KITCHEN MANAGER – BAKERY

Lead the team behind the fresh pastries, breads, and cakes our guests love.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead daily bakery production, develop our kitchen team, and maintain exceptional standards for quality, freshness, cleanliness, and food safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise bakers, cakers, and kitchen team members
  • Plan daily production based on sales and business needs
  • Maintain product quality, freshness, presentation, and consistency
  • Hire, train, schedule, coach, and motivate kitchen employees
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and waste
  • Ensure recipes and Paris Baguette production standards are followed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery
  • Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Coordinate with café management to meet sales and catering demands
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of bakery, pastry, culinary, or kitchen management experience
  • Previous experience leading and developing a production team
  • Knowledge of bakery production, inventory, labor, and food-cost controls
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays
