Familiarity with inventory management systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and scheduling tools is valuable. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills help you motivate teams and handle high-pressure situations. These skills and qualities are essential for ensuring efficient kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and supporting a positive work environment.
