Job description

NOW HIRING | General Manager โ€” QSR Restaurant Leader |Rochester, NY

This is your restaurant. Own it.

We're looking for a seasoned, people-first General Manager to lead a high-performing QSR location in Holdrege, NE. You'll own the full operation โ€” your team, your numbers, your guest experience. If you're a career operator who takes pride in running a tight ship and developing the people around you, we want to talk.

Compensation: $60,000โ€“$65,000 base | Performance bonus | Full health, dental & vision insurance | PTO + tenure rewards | Clear path to District and Multi-Unit leadership

Candidates must already live in โ€” or be open to relocating to โ€” the Rochester, NY area. No relocation assistance is provided.

What You'll Do

  • Lead by example, setting the standard for culture, execution, and guest experience every shift
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team of Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and crew ready to grow
  • Own your P&L โ€” manage labor schedules, control food cost, and hit sales and profit targets
  • Oversee both front-line service and kitchen operations to maintain quality, speed, and consistency
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times
  • Coach and counsel your team with urgency and respect โ€” addressing performance issues head-on
  • Champion local marketing and community efforts that make your restaurant a neighborhood staple

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in QSR or drive-thru/drive-in formats
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ownership of P&L, labor, food cost, and guest-experience metrics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
  • Working knowledge of POS systems, scheduling tools, and standard restaurant technology
  • Stable tenure history โ€” we're looking for career operators, not job-hoppers
  • Guest-first mindset with a genuine desire to impact your team and your community

Why This Role

You'll have real autonomy to run your restaurant your way โ€” backed by a supportive leadership team that invests in your development and rewards your results. The internal career path to Multi-Unit and District leadership is real and well-traveled here.

Apply now and let's talk.
