Job Description:

TheTerritory Sales Representativeis responsible for promoting and driving the growth ofDiamond, Shenandoah, and otherMasterBrandcabinet lines within Lowe's home improvement stores. This role focuses on increasing market share by cultivating relationships with in-store designers, providing expert product and sales training, and offering support for computer design programs. We welcome candidates who bring strong potential and are willing to learn; comprehensive training on our products, business model, and tools will be provided.The territory for this position is in the greater Arkansas area.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow & maintain MasterBrand sales for Lowe's home improvement stores in the designated territory.
  • Train and become mentors for new Lowe's in-store designers.
  • Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers.
  • Assist designers in closing store sales.
  • Manage sales visits to each store in the territory every 2-3 weeks. This requires the ability to travel frequently with some possible overnights to cover the entire territory.
  • Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.
  • Receive product in new stores and existing stores - ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Other duties may be assigned at management's discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's-level degree in Business Marketing Design or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Outgoing driven personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written verbal and presentation skills
  • Computer skills
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record
  • Kitchen design experience preferred but not required
  • 20/20 software experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with large home centers preferred but not required
  • Sales skills and background
  • Cabinet industry knowledge preferred but not required
