Job Description Summary:
KISS Beauty Group is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to help shape and deliver the company's internal narrative and strengthen employee engagement across the organization. This role will lead the development and execution of corporate communications strategies that connect employees to the company's strategy, business priorities, and culture. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, the Manager will ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communications that support transparency, alignment, and organizational momentum. The role also contributes to the company's broader corporate storytelling by supporting leadership visibility, LinkedIn communications, and community engagement initiatives.
This position reports into the Corporate Communications & Public Affairs (CPA) team and plays a key role in strengthening the company's voice internally and externally.
Job Description:
1. Internal Communications Strategy
  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support company priorities, leadership messaging, and organizational initiatives.
  • Translate business updates and strategic priorities into clear, engaging communications for employees across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong organizational alignment.
  • Lead the communications planning and content development for company-wide town halls and leadership engagement forums.
  • Design and implement communications campaigns that reinforce company values and strengthen employee connection to the organization.

2. Corporate Narrative & Messaging
  • Help shape and maintain the company's internal narrative and messaging framework to ensure clarity and consistency across communications.
  • Develop executive-ready communications including leadership messages, presentations, and key talking points.
  • Support corporate messaging initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and leadership voice.

3. Communications Channels & Platforms
  • Oversee the strategy and management of core internal communications channels, including intranet, newsletters, collaboration platforms, and digital signage.
  • Establish editorial calendars and publishing processes that ensure coordinated, timely communications.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve channel effectiveness and audience reach.

4. Corporate Storytelling & External Alignment
  • Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence by developing content that highlights business milestones, company culture, and leadership perspectives.
  • Partner with CSR and business teams to amplify community engagement and social impact initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to translate internal stories into compelling external narratives.

5. Cross-Functional Communications Leadership
  • Lead communications planning for key initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted communications partner to internal teams, advising on messaging, timing, and channel strategy.
  • Drive best practices for communications planning, stakeholder engagement, and message consistency.
