Job Description Summary:We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and social media-obsessed Community & Creator Marketing Intern to help strengthen the connection between our brands, creators, ambassadors, and online communities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, influencer marketing, digital culture, and social media who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships both online and offline.
As a member of the Social Media team, you'll support community engagement, creator partnerships, ambassador programs, social campaigns, and event activations. You'll gain hands-on experience working across leading beauty brands while learning best practices in community management, creator marketing, social listening, and digital campaign execution.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Management & Engagement
  • Support daily community management across all social media platforms by responding to comments, direct messages, and consumer inquiries in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all consumer interactions.
  • Foster positive conversations and strengthen relationships with our online communities.
  • Escalate customer service inquiries and sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams.
