Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time, Assembly Associate to support our production operations. This position focuses on basic manufacturing tasks, including inspecting parts, assembling kits, and packaging finished products.

This position is compensated to reflect the scope of the role and is designed for individuals who are new to manufacturing or looking to start their career in a production environment. Prior experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

The goal of this position is to ensure consistent quality and support the smooth flow of production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and build product kits with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Responsible for receiving/verifying inventory.
  • Read, understand, and follow detailed procedures.
  • Gather required materials and equipment at the start of each process.
  • Align materials and assemble more complex units as needed.
  • Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
  • Report defective parts, malfunctions, or assembly issues.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in assembly or related manufacturing roles.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and follow work instructions/procedures.
  • Quality Focused: Understanding of quality control principles and standards.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Ability: Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
