Job description

Responsibilities of the Kiosk Sales Representative include:
  • Achieving or exceeding individual sales and customer satisfaction goals set by management
  • Displaying knowledge of Sprint products and services and participating in all the kiosk’s promotions and programs.
  • Identifying the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues
  • Preparing and submitting complete, accurate and timely paperwork
  • Staying well-informed of the trends and promotions of wireless industry competitors
  • Having the ability to communicate and build rapport with prospective and current customers in order to provide superior customer service
  • Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned, (e.g., stocking inventory, maintaining a professional kiosk appearance, and reporting any suspicious activity)
  • Contributing to team success
  • Ability to work a retail schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
