JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for revenue generation in multiple Food & Beverage venue locations, overseeing stock inventory, leading and overseeing the training of Team Members, ensuring Guest service standards are met and operational readiness of indoor and open-air locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists Management with the consistent execution of Guest Service and operational standards. Performs all operational duties related to the daily opening and closing of locations to include but not limited to inventory, performing audits, and completing the end-of-day process.
  • Ensures the safety of Guests and Team Members working within the Food & Beverage department by reviewing and revising safety practices and procedures and responding to potentially unsafe conditions. Coach and use feedback forms to document and maintain safe Team Member actions in accordance with UDX policy.
  • Responsible for developing, coaching and training all Food & Beverage Team Leads and Team Members. Manages labor budgets for assigned venues. Creates venue schedules for Assistant Manager approval. Monitors, tracks and records overtime and training projections and results. Mitigates overtime by adjusting staffing according to daily attendance projections. Analyzes and responds to various reports including but not limited to Guest comments and incident reports.
  • Focus on Guest and Team Member satisfaction. Ensures that each Team Member is meeting UDX service standards and assisting Guests while maintaining an efficient, safe and pleasant environment. Ensure that Team Member Satisfaction (TSAT) and Guest Service (GSAT) initiatives and programs are followed to keep the workplace fun while increasing overall job satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Maintain positive relationships and partners with other departments to ensure that departmental goals are being met while maintaining company standards. Responsible for maintaining the quality, cleanliness and facility maintenance standards to ensure assigned venues are "Show Ready" for Guests at all times and in back-of-house areas for Team Members.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Supervises a Non-Exempt team.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • At times, this individual may cover an area with multiple venues depending on scheduling and business needs. This individual will manage daily labor budgets and is responsible for the safe, efficient and friendly operation of the venues daily as well as the safety of the Team Members who work at these venues.

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Professional Foods Manager (CPFM) certification required.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
