Job description

As a KIA Service Advisor at Hyman Brothers Auto Group, you will be the primary point of contact for our KIA customers in Midlothian, VA. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience by understanding customer needs, communicating effectively with the service team, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will help maintain strong relationships and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately document and assess customer service requests.
  • Communicate service options, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers.
  • Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide customers with updates on vehicle status throughout the service process.
  • Manage all service paperwork and ensure accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KIA vehicles, services, and promotions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
