Job description

Hyman Bros. Kia in Midlothian, VA, is currently seeking a highly organized, multitasking, detail-oriented, and motivated Service Advisor. This presents an excellent opportunity for the appropriate candidate.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers promptly

- Gather customer and vehicle details

- Clearly communicate all vehicle issues as described

- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts

- Schedule follow-up appointments

- Track each vehicle's progress and keep customers informed

- Ensure the final invoice accurately reflects the work done

- Explain all completed repairs and charges to customers

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer satisfaction as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is essential

- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment is required
