Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Clearwater, FL that is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative Agile team focused on building and enhancing modern enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on both new development initiatives and ongoing platform modernization efforts, leveraging the latest technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C#/.NET
* Build and enhance RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade applications
* Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
* Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions
* Utilize AI-powered coding tools to improve productivity and code quality
* Troubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable, scalable solutions
* Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Work Arrangement:
* Contract-to-Hire
* Hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite per week)
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of software development experience
* Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
* Experience developing applications with C#/.NET
* Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)
* Strong understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and software design best practices
* Experience building and consuming REST APIs
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working within Agile development teams
* Experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, REST APIs, AI Coding Tools, Agile Development
Preferred Qualifications:
* Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
* CI/CD pipeline experience
* Experience building highly scalable enterprise applications
* Background in payroll, HR technology, or enterprise software
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
