Job description


Join NSF as a Key Sales Account Manager and drive sales growth for our Retail business by acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts by providing food safety and operational assurance solutions. Use your proven ability to win new clients and grow key relationships to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively hunt and close new business through cold calling, networking, and market research in target markets
  • Maintain a book of business as well as meeting all sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis,
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, driving deals from prospecting to close
  • Analyze prospects and prioritize high-value targets to maximize sales impact
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking feedback and collaborating with internal teams for smooth delivery
  • Develop strong client relationships to support ongoing business and referrals
  • Prepare presentations, respond to RFP's, write quality proposals, and SLA's with food service clients with support from the business, finance, and marketing teams
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting all client activities for effective reporting and forecasting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) or technical services
  • Excellent hunting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed
