What You'll Do:
As a Food Court Lead at Festival Foods, you will:
  • Deliver Helpful Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
  • Lead by Example: Work alongside food service associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support Success: Assist the Food Court Manager with scheduling, inventory management, and achieving sales goals.
  • Offer Assistance: Help guests find their favorite Caribou coffee, pizza, or popcorn, answer questions, and resolve concerns with a smile.
  • Deliver Quality: Ensure high-quality food, accurate pricing, and well-stocked inventory.
  • Encourage Teamwork: Train and mentor associates, reinforce company values, and keep energy high in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
  • Support the Team: Other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and kitchen equipment, including slicers, fryers, ovens, and mixers.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
