Business Title:
- Key Holder
Job Purpose:
- To assist the store management team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, focusing on customer satisfaction, sales generation, and maintaining store standards. This includes opening and closing the store, managing cash handling procedures, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with their shopping needs, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Opening and closing the store according to established procedures, including ensuring the security of the premises and cash.
- Performing cashier duties, including processing transactions, handling cash, and balancing the cash drawer.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a safe and presentable shopping environment.
- Assisting with receiving and processing shipments, verifying inventory, and pricing merchandise.
- Enforcing store policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
- Providing training and guidance to new employees as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the store management team.
