JSW Steel USA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of steel pipe manufacturing and delivery projects. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop project management skills while working closely with experienced leaders, engineering teams, production personnel, and customers. The successful candidate will help ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating steel pipe manufacturing and delivery projects from initiation through completion.
  • Support project planning activities, including schedule development, tracking milestones, and resource coordination.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams to facilitate project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
  • Help identify potential risks, delays, or issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Participate in customer and internal project meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and manufacturing processes.


Qualifications
