$85,000โ$115,000+ total compensation potential, based on experience

What Youโll Do
As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Requirements:
Current BCBA certification
LABA certification where required by state
Masterโs degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
Reliable transportation
Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
