What you can look forward to as a Key Account Manager:
  • Penetrate new customer accounts through cold calling, market analysis and networking.
  • Maintain Customer contact internally and externally to ensure customer satisfaction and problem solve as necessary.
  • Monitors status of accounts receivable for assigned region and work act as liaison between finance and customers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide input to sales forecast and budget. Provide market intelligence to Business Unit Manager for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position.
  • Responsible for coordinating all new account set up information into the ERP system and customer order processing through the inside sales team utilizing ERP system.
  • Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed.

Your profile as a Key Account Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Sales experience required.
  • Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft suite.
  • Effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Automotive Aftermarket experience preferred.
