Job Description Key Account Manager Uxbridge 35,000 to 37,000 A fantastic role has become available for a candidate with supreme account management skills to join a lovely business based in Central Uxbridge. This role will be heavily focused around supporting their customers with the onboarding process, as well as being their one main point of contact within the business to support and assist as required. This role would be ideal for candidates who have strong B2B accountant management skills and a real passion for delivering outstanding service.

Role responsibilities: Onboarding new customers Project Management within National and Key Accounts To foster and strengthen relationships within key accounts to maximise any sales opportunities Research and source contacts and leads to facilitate the new business opportunities and relationships across the business Prepare reports on key account performance, trends, feedback and attend regular review meetings Candidate profile: Previous experience in account coordination, sales support or customer service B2B environment is essential Strong organisational, communication and relationship building skills Exposure to project management would be an advantage Proficient systems knowledge Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRMs What you need to do now If you're interested in this role please apply and forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
