A leading designer, importer, and distributor of amusement toys, novelties, and giftware, is seeking a motivated Account Manager/Sales Specialist. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented team player with a passion for building business relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an assigned customer base by understanding customer needs and providing personalized service.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve maximum results with each client.
  • Handle cold calling and outbound customer outreach.
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer concerns, including product availability, quality, and credit issues.
  • Participate in trade shows, including booth setup and teardown.
  • Represent Company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, account management, or customer relations.
