The Role

Fidelity Institutional (FI)'s Intermediary Investment Client Group (IICG) is seeking a Director, Key Account Manager (KAM) to join the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) to partner with Relationship Managers to provide coverage to home office personnel at leading financial institutions within its Core Wealth channel to strengthen client relationships, expand investment product placement, and distribution opportunities.

The Director, Key Account Manager role is a critical position, focused on fostering high levels of client satisfaction by effectively addressing client needs and collaborating with teams across FI and Fidelity to implement various client-focused initiatives successfully.

Core responsibilities of a KAM include:

Work effectively with Relationship Managers to develop and implement thorough firm coverage strategies

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align and communicate firm strategies effectively

Implement Fidelity's investment products onto client investment platforms seamlessly

Coordinate and deliver firm due diligence questionnaires, RFIs, and custom reporting requirements

Facilitate client interactions with Fidelity Asset Management and Investment Specialists

Arrange FI's participation in firm conferences and help coordinate FI hosted due diligence events

Act as the central day-to-day contact for key home office clients, providing impeccable service

Maintain and manage internal resources to improve firm knowledge and engagement, including Salesforce, Firm Resource Center, FI Weekly Bulletin, playbooks, and account plans
