Job description

An expanding national auto parts delivery company is looking for a Key Account Supervisor to support our clients in the Cherry Hill, NJ area.

You will be the face of the company serving as the liaison between the company and the client.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Coordinating a pool of independent contractor drivers to support parts delivery

· Recruit and mentor new drivers to meet the growing needs of the clients

· Maintain contact with client on regular basis to address needs

· Daily record keeping

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

· Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude, “never say no to the customer!”

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment that is ever changing

· Must be reliable and responsible with great communication skills

· Organized with great time management

· Proficient in MS Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)

· Must be a self-starter with willingness to learn

·1-3 years’ experience in the logistics or automotive industry (preferred)
