We are looking to add a Senior Key Account Manager specializing in Water Treatment to our Northwest Oregon/Southwest Washington region! This is a sales position where the primary activity is maintaining business and determining additional opportunities within customer locations.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver consultative support on water treatment programs (cooling, boiler, wastewater), ensuring performance through routine testing and monitoring.

  • Maintain and grow revenue by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Lead site projects, prioritize service delivery, and support the development of on-site teams.

  • Conduct annual business reviews, manage customer inventories, and coordinate orders/deliveries.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing account profitability.

  • Provide necessary site and LMS training; ensure safety compliance and improvements.

  • Keep an accurate and prioritized sales funnel in SFDC (Salesforce).

What You'll Bring

  • Based in the Portland, OR general area (territory spans Longview, WA to Eugene, OR) or willing to relocate

  • 8-10 years' experience in industrial water treatment (recovery boilers, cooling towers, wastewater)

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills at all organizational levels

  • Self-starter with persuasive and influencing abilities

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
