Job description

Company: Garber Collection
Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-Office)
About Us
Garber Collection is a leading designer and importer of wall décor, mirrors, shadow boxes, and accent furniture. We work with major U.S. retailers including HomeGoods, Living Spaces, and Nebraska Furniture Mart.
We operate a high-volume, fast-paced business with global manufacturing partners, and we are focused on scaling significantly over the next few years.
The Role
We are hiring a Key Account Operations Manager to become the backbone of our business.
This is a hybrid role combining order management, vendor coordination, and key account communication.
You will own execution from purchase order through delivery while also serving as a point of contact for key retail accounts — providing proactive updates, resolving issues, and ensuring strong relationships.
This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring that everything runs accurately, on time, and without errors — from purchase orders to final delivery.
You will work closely with our U.S. team, China-based team, and factory partners to manage execution across all orders.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a wholesale, import/export, or manufacturing environment who has managed both operations and customer-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Own all purchase orders from placement to delivery
• Track production timelines, shipments, and ETAs
• Coordinate daily with overseas factories, vendors, and internal teams
• Serve as a point of contact for key retail accounts, providing updates and resolving issues
• Maintain and verify pricing, costs, and margins (Excel-heavy)
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact customers
• Run weekly order status and operations updates
• Ensure all buyer-facing communication is clear, accurate, and proactive
What We’re Looking For
• 3–7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or order management
• Experience managing purchase orders, vendors/factories, and production or shipping timelines
• Experience working with retail accounts or customer-facing communication
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, data accuracy, organization)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills
Experience with supply chain processes including order management, shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and vendor communication is required.
Experience in import/export, wholesale, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations strongly preferred.
Bonus (not required):
• Exposure to product development, design coordination, or home décor/furniture categories is a plus
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to understand product positioning and collections is a plus
What This Role Is Not
• Not a retail store management position
• Not a sales-only role
• Not a purely administrative or HR position
This is a hands-on execution role focused on orders, vendors, logistics, and key account support.
Example: managing 50+ active purchase orders, coordinating vendor timelines, updating buyers, and resolving delays before they impact delivery.
We are looking for someone who takes full ownership, communicates clearly, and executes without dropping details.
Compensation
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
Performance bonus based on execution and operational accuracy
Why Join Us
Direct impact on a growing company scaling toward $50M
Work closely with ownership and leadership
Fast-paced environment with real responsibility
Opportunity to grow into a senior operations role
If you are highly organized, detail-driven, and take pride in running things the right way, we want to hear from you.
