POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Customer Service Coordinator manages the full order lifecycle from purchase order entry through shipment, serving as the primary point of contact for customer accounts. Coordinates closely with logistics, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and on-time, in-full delivery. Oversees customer-specific requirements such as labeling, routing, and timelines, while proactively resolving issues, expediting orders, and maintaining high levels of accuracy, organization, and customer satisfaction across all accounts. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following statements reflect the general details necessary to describe the major functions of this position and are not intended to be a detailed description of all the work/functions that may be required. Other duties may be assigned. Individual will work a varied schedule based on client needs. 

  • Own the end-to-end order management process, including accurate and timely entry of all customer purchase orders in Business Central and SPS 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing all communication related to orders, timelines, changes, and issue resolution 

  • Prepare and manage all required domestic and international shipping documentation to ensure compliance and on-time delivery 

  • Coordinate routing, scheduling, and shipping requirements with the logistics team in alignment with customer-specific guidelines 

  • Oversee labeling and sticker requirements for customer-specific programs 

  • Monitor customer timelines and proactively ensure orders ship on time and in full (OTIF) 

  • Follow up on MOQs, expedite requests, and order discrepancies to prevent delays and maintain customer satisfaction 

  • Process and manage eCommerce orders and shipments within Business Central 

  • Complete and maintain all customer-required paperwork, forms, and documentation 

  • Communicate customer priorities, risks, and issues to internal partners across Operations, Supply Chain/Planning, and Logistics 

  • Direct customers to the appropriate internal teams for inquiries outside of order management 

  • Support ASN (Advance Ship Notice) processes as required 

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, organization, and responsiveness across all customer accounts
