What you'll Do:
  • Preparing, presenting, and implementing financial plans
  • Conducting quarterly client review meetings
  • Providing a high level of service to existing and prospective clients
  • Reviewing portfolios and investment allocations
  • Placing trades to implement investment allocations and strategies
  • Recommending tax-efficient investment and retirement withdrawal strategies
  • Writing articles for the Rodgers & Associates blog
  • Presenting financial education seminars to clients and prospective clients

What You Bring:
  • Must understand all aspects of retirement planning, including asset allocation, modern portfolio theory, and goal-based cash-flow planning
  • Seasoned financial professional with the ability to identify and solve complex financial issues
  • CFP® or ChFC® certification preferred
  • 5 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning
  • Very strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Prior experience with a CRM, financial planning, and tax software is preferred.
  • Formal sales training and experience are a plus.

Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
