As a Commentator Tour Escort, you will drive the tour buses and provide commentary about Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station to guests visiting the property. * Drive the tour bus along the designated routes while providing approved commentary throughout the journey. * Regularly perform safety inspection checks on the tour bus; ensure proper fuel levels, visibility, and proper operation of required systems. * Assist guests when they are boarding the bus and help them to their seats. * Comply with all vehicle operation regulations to ensure the safety of associates and guests. * Provide guests with accurate, factual, and intelligible commentary. * All other duties assigned. More about you * Must be at least 21 years old to apply. * Possess a valid Florida Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with the "P" Endorsement required. * Minimum 2 years' driving experience, driving a 26,000-pound vehicle or greater required. * Requires successfully passing background check, drug screening and a 3-part physical. * High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical requirements * Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. * Constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. * Ability to remain sitting and standing for the entire length of shift. * Requires work outdoors and on coaches with the presence of fumes, dust, and noise.
