Busy, established optometry practice in the Greenville area is seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
  • Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Collect payments and manage front desk transactions
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Keep front desk and public area clean and tidy
Qualifications:
