Job Description
At KCI, we entrust our Retail Store Managers with the vital responsibility of exemplifying and guiding their teams on how to deliver the superior T-Mobile brand customer experience. Our Retail Store Managers are empowered to embody our company culture and own the below responsibilities:
  • Lead by example on how to enthusiastically and passionately navigate customer interactions while elevating the experience
  • Analyze business results and strategize how to drive improvements while maintaining current successes
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate your talent to excel in all aspects of the business including customer experience, consistent sales success, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
  • Engage with store team members to uncover any blockages to their success and identify how to mitigate
  • Manage daily store opening, closing, and operating duties
  • Creatively drive store exposure through community engagement, marketing endeavors, and networking efforts
  • Maintain strong knowledge of latest and greatest products and services

Qualifications
