Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is the clinician-led medical group that provides care exclusively for Kaiser Permanente members in Washington state. With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest.

Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) BC/BE Geriatric fellowship trained physician(s) to join our clinic family at the Bellevue Medical Center in Bellevue, Washington. This position will include a hybrid of face-to-face work in clinic and virtual e-consult visits. This position will serve as a clinical resource to serve Bellevue and Olympia based on service line needs. 

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

  • This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.  
  • This position is non-paneled. 
  • You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
  • Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
  • AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.   
  • In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $279, 366 to $312,232 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
