About the Opportunity

A plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. The firm is dedicated to representing employees in workplace disputes and providing high-quality legal advocacy. The position offers the opportunity to handle a variety of employment-related matters while working in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Position Overview

This is a full-time attorney role involving all aspects of employment litigation. The successful candidate will manage cases from inception through resolution, represent clients in employment-related disputes, and provide legal guidance on labor and employment law matters. Limited remote work flexibility may be available.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employment litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial preparation

  • Draft and respond to written discovery

  • Prepare, oppose, and argue motions

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda

  • Appear in court proceedings and hearings

  • Conduct and defend depositions

  • Advise clients regarding employment and labor law issues

  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to effectively manage cases

  • Maintain strong client communication throughout the litigation process

Qualifications
