We're expanding our team with skilled Haulers and Junk Removal Technicians. If you're dependable, physically capable, and ready to run your own schedule while earning on commission, we want to work with you.

Position Overview
We're looking for motivated junk removal pros who can handle everything from small pick-ups to full property cleanouts. This is a hands-on role where you'll quote jobs, sell services, and complete the workindependently or with a small crew. The more you hustle, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load, haul, and properly dispose of unwanted items, junk, and debris
  • Perform home cleanouts, appliance/furniture removal, yard waste, etc.
  • Interact professionally with clients and provide on-site quotes
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and job site
  • Handle jobs solo or with a crew member, depending on the size
  • Practice safety, care, and respect for the property at all times

Requirements

  • 1+ years of junk removal, hauling, or related experience
  • Must have own truck/van and necessary hauling equipment (tie-downs, dollies, etc.)
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
  • Punctual, reliable, and focused on customer satisfaction
