Junk Removal Driver / Laborer

ECO Junk Removal LLC
Location: Massachusetts
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

ECO Junk Removal LLC is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our junk removal team. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, helping customers, and being part of a positive team, we'd love to hear from you.

No two days are the same. You'll help remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, apartments, storage units, construction sites, and more while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload furniture, appliances, construction debris, and household items.

  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 100 lbs. with team assistance when needed.

  • Drive company pickup trucks, box trucks, and dump trucks (qualified drivers only).

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.

  • Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized.

  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

  • Complete jobs efficiently while protecting customers' property.

  • Dispose of and recycle materials responsibly.

  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for driver positions).

  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor throughout the day.

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Team player who can work independently when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in moving, junk removal, landscaping, construction, delivery, or warehouse work.

  • Experience driving pickup trucks, dump trucks, or box trucks.

  • DOT Medical Card is a plus (not required).
