(Blue Rose) is seeking a Jr. Microsoft Power Apps Developer to support a federal client in designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions that improve mission operations and business processes. In this role, you will work within a collaborative Agile team to build and support Power Platform applications, configure platform components, and develop scalable solutions that enable federal stakeholders to operate more efficiently.

You will participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and application development to testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation. What You'll Do As a Jr. Microsoft Power Apps Developer, you will: Develop and configure solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Dataverse Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of business applications for federal clients Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and Agile delivery teams to understand requirements and user needs Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes into functional Power Platform solutions Configure and maintain Microsoft Dataverse environments and data structures Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives Support application testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain application performance and reliability Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and deployment procedures Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and recommend enhancements to platform capabilities Schedule & Shift Details Full-time (40 hours/week) Hybrid work environment On-site support required in Washington, D.C.
