Job Description:


Consults with clients and other project team members to design, build and manage websites. Develops installation programs for websites. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures (i.e., SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

This Statement of Work requests technical expertise that will assist DAS ETS with IT application development and support to DAS and DAS client agencies. This position is part of the ETS Applications Delivery Open Systems team. Web based and client server applications are supported for both new development and on-going maintenance of existing applications critical to conducting the business of the State of Oregon. Applications support critical areas such as statewide financials, budgeting, procurement, payroll, personnel, the Governor's and Legislative Fiscal Offices as well as many smaller Boards and Commissions.
