Position: Power BI/ Tableau Data Analyst

Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract (W2)

Job Description:

We are looking for a junior-level (4 to 5 years of experience) resource based in Atlanta (preferred) or Charlotte. This is an in-office role requiring strong analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills, including experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. The role will also support intake, tracking, and initial analysis of horizontal demands across multiple teams. The resource will help translate enterprise and business needs into features and requirements, which will then be assigned to and delivered by the appropriate delivery teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation/maintenance.
  • Experience building and maintaining portfolio-level dashboards, metrics, status reporting, and executive reporting for senior leadership.
  • Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and present meaningful insights and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, strong ownership mindset, and ability to drive work with minimal direction.
  • Experience working with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Rally, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Agile delivery and technology organizations.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices, including writing features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
