We are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team with the development, assembly, and testing of prototype products and production equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Engineering with the development, assembly, and testing of prototype products and production equipment.
  • Perform machine refurbishment and testing to support manufacturing.
  • Safely handle chemicals using prescribed PPE.
  • Maintain accurate records and data of engineering studies, tests, and drawings.
  • Identify and document deviations in performance not anticipated in test procedures.
  • Assist in writing procedures and work instructions for machines and processes.
  • Develop process control plans, PFMEAs, and flow charts.
  • Train production employees on new machines and processes as needed.
  • Comply with quality systems procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct tests on electrical or electro-mechanical parts for prototypes and competitor products.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree in a technical field is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong math and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Valid driver's license to travel between facilities.
  • Working knowledge of gauges, micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, and various measuring devices.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
