REDLattice is seeking a talented CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. This position supports advanced cyber operations through the development of innovative software solutions and mission-focused capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong software development skills, experience with Python and/or C/C++, and an interest in solving complex technical challenges in support of national security objectives. Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting cyber operations * Analyze software and systems to identify vulnerabilities and enhancement opportunities * Support the development and integration of CNO capabilities * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across multiple environments * Collaborate with engineers, operators, and mission stakeholders to deliver operational capabilities * Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in accordance with engineering standards Required Qualifications * Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
