REDLattice is seeking a talented CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. This position supports advanced cyber operations through the development of innovative software solutions and mission-focused capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong software development skills, experience with Python and/or C/C++, and an interest in solving complex technical challenges in support of national security objectives.

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting cyber operations Analyze software and systems to identify vulnerabilities and enhancement opportunities Support the development and integration of CNO capabilities Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across multiple environments Collaborate with engineers, operators, and mission stakeholders to deliver operational capabilities Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in accordance with engineering standards Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
