REDLattice is seeking a talented CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. This position supports advanced cyber operations through the development of innovative software solutions and mission-focused capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong software development skills, experience with Python and/or C/C++, and an interest in solving complex technical challenges in support of national security objectives.

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting cyber operations Analyze software and systems to identify vulnerabilities and enhancement opportunities Support the development and integration of CNO capabilities Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across multiple environments Collaborate with engineers, operators, and mission stakeholders to deliver operational capabilities Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in accordance with engineering standards Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline. In lieu of a degree, 7 years of directly related experience may be substituted Minimum 7 years of software development experience Experience developing applications using Python and/or C/C++ Experience troubleshooting and debugging software applications Understanding of software development methodologies and secure coding practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP Experience with socket-level programming Experience supporting Computer Network Operations (CNO) development efforts Experience with low-level system internals across Windows, Linux/Unix, Mobile Platforms, or Network Devices Experience with software analysis and reverse engineering Experience utilizing Atlassian tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible What We Offer Competitive compensation package Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company contribution Professional development and training opportunities Why REDLattice?
