    We are seeking a Structural Engineer (PE) to support our growing Development & Industrial team. This is a hands-on, production-focused role responsible for delivering structural design across commercial and industrial projects while helping expand team capacity.

    Key Responsibilities include:
    • Perform structural design and analysis for building and industrial structures
    • Lead design production and execution across multiple active projects
    • Prepare and review calculations, specifications, and construction documents
    • Coordinate with civil teams and other disciplines
    • Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and code compliance
    • Support construction administration (shop drawings, RFIs, site visits)
    • Assist with proposals and client coordination
    • Mentor junior engineers and support team development
    • Manage schedules and budgets to meet project deadlines
    Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
    • Current Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Louisiana or ability to obtain)
    • 6+ years of experience in structural design (commercial, building, or industrial)
    • Strong background in hands-on design and project production
    • Proficiency in structural analysis software (RAM, RISA, STAAD, or similar)
    • Experience with Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    Preferred:
    • Industrial or heavy manufacturing project experience
    • Client-facing experience
    • Ability to mentor or grow into leadership responsibilities
    • Ability to obtain required safety certifications (BOP, TWIC, site-specific).
