We are seeking a high-performing, curious, and motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with strong software development fundamentals, a passion for learning, and an interest in solving complex business problems in a large-scale enterprise environment.
While prior PeopleSoft experience is not required, successful candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn enterprise application development platforms and business systems. We will provide training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you grow into the role.
What You'll Do
• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise software solutions
• Learn and leverage delivered capability as much as possible
• Work with senior developers and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and solve technical problems
• Learn and develop within the PeopleSoft ecosystem, including integrations, workflows, and custom applications
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement efforts
• Develop integrations and interfaces between enterprise systems and modern applications/services
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices

Required Qualifications
TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong foundation in software development principles and programming concepts
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar

• Understanding of:
o Object-oriented programming
o APIs and system integrations
o Relational databases and SQL
o Source control systems such as Git
o Software development lifecycle and debugging techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new technologies

• Experience with Enterprise Software Applications (Workday, Service Now, Salesforce)
• Internship, co-op, academic, or personal project experience in software development
