Job description

Job Title: Salesforce SFDC Developer / Technical Lead
Location: Boston (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)
Rate: DOE
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Apex solutions, including multi-object triggers, bulkified code, and governor limit optimization
  • Develop efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL/SOSL queries
  • Independently deliver complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) user stories with high-quality standards
  • Design and implement complex Apex integrations using various integration design patterns
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and security architecture
  • Implement Salesforce DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the Salesforce development team
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Salesforce applications
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices
