Work you'll do:

We are seeking experienced SAP Treasury leaders to help drive market growth, lead complex client engagements, and bring deep subject matter expertise across treasury strategy, process transformation, and SAP Treasury solution delivery.

As a Senior Manager - SAP Treasury, you will focus on developing business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and leading advisory services, solution design, and delivery for SAP treasury transformation and implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in SAP Treasury, including SAP Cash Management, SAP In-House Cash, SAP TRM, and banking/connectivity.
  • Lead client pursuits, shape solution strategy, and support proposal development and client presentations.
  • Own and deliver complex SAP Treasury engagements from assessment and design through build, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple workstreams, fostering accountability and execution excellence.
  • Advise clients on treasury operating model design, process improvement, and transformation opportunities to enhance their technology deployment and user experience.
  • Serve as a senior advisor across multiple concurrent engagements, driving quality, consistency, and successful delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to eminence, marketplace activation, and practice development efforts.
  • Develop tools, assets, and accelerators that strengthen the practice and enhance delivery consistency.
  • Apply strong project economics skills, including staffing, forecasting, delivery governance, and risk management.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of consulting or corporate treasury / bank treasury experience, with a strong focus on SAP Treasury technology
  • 5+ years in a management, lead, or senior SME role
  • Experience across the SAP Treasury implementation lifecycle from design through deployment and stabilization
  • Minimum of 5 full cycle/design-deliver S4HANA treasury implementations covering some level of hands-on work
  • Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience in most of the following: SAP Cash Management, SAP In-House Cash, SAP TRM, BCM, bank connectivity, EBS, liquidity, and treasury controls
  • Experience leading treasury transformations, SAP Treasury solution design, and/or treasury platform implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited visa sponsorship may be available
