Are you a highly capable insurance expert ready to take end-to-end ownership of a major technology pioneer's global risk portfolio? Trimble is seeking a Global Insurance Risk Manager to lead our insurance strategy execution, broker relationships, policy renewals, and claims management function. Working closely with executive leadership, you will optimize our Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) and implement forward-thinking risk transfer strategies that ensure our expanding enterprise remains resilient, secure, and fully protected.

This role provides complete, high-impact ownership over Trimble's global multi-line insurance programs, allowing you to directly shape our risk transfer strategies, design innovative coverage structures, and lead multi-million dollar annual renewals.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic design, policy placement, and renewal of comprehensive global insurance programs spanning Property, Casualty, Cyber, and D&O.
  • Oversee the end-to-end global claims management function, partnering with brokers and carriers to drive timely, favorable, and cost-effective claim resolutions.
  • Manage external broker partnerships and insurance vendors, holding partners accountable for top-tier service delivery and cutting-edge market intelligence.
  • Optimize the company's Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) through data-driven insight, strategic premium allocation, and advanced retention modeling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and HR to align coverage with complex global business activities, acquisitions, and contract negotiations.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate insurance, enterprise risk management, or insurance brokerage fields.
  • Proven track record of full ownership over multi-line insurance program renewals and large-scale global broker relationships.
  • Deep technical understanding of diverse coverage lines including Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Cyber, and Executive Risk.
  • Strong hands-on claims oversight experience working directly with major international insurance carriers.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable executive strategies.

Bonus Points For:
  • Professional risk management or insurance designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CRM.
  • Direct experience managing corporate insurance programs within a complex, fast-growing global technology company.
