Your Mission
As a Site Safety Manager at Hydrostor, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive safety programs across our project. Reporting to the Director, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Hydrostor’s safety culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This is a mid-to-senior-level role with direct impact on the safety performance of our projects, including responsibility for managing safety staff, interfacing with regulatory agencies, and driving best-in-class practices across all operations.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on safety leader with proven success in managing large-scale safety programs within industrial, energy, mining, or oil & gas environments. You are a strong communicator who inspires confidence, builds trust, and leads by example. With the ability to balance high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution, you thrive in complex project environments and excel at influencing diverse stakeholders. A passion for safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement will be essential for success in this role.
