Job Summary:

ZelTech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Analyst to support program management, analysis, and coordination tasks in support of Unmanned Systems (UxS) research and development initiatives. This person will contribute to tracking technical progress, analyzing cost and performance data, and ensuring program deliverables and reporting requirements are met.Responsibilities:

  • Provide program analysis and operational support for UxS projects, including scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning, and risk management activities.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze programmatic and technical data to support progress reporting and decision-making by technical and program leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and deliverables lists.
  • Support the development and coordination of Technical Instructions (TIs), configuration management processes, and integrated master schedules.
  • Assist with the development of financial and cost analyses including budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and labor hour utilization reporting.
  • Participate in planning meetings, technical reviews, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), providing administrative and analytical support.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure programmatic alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must have an active SECRET clearance.
  • BA, business, or technical field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Successful background and drug screening check.
