Altruan ist ein wachsendes Handels- und Logistik-Unternehmen mit Sitz in Massing (Rottal-Inn). Wir betreiben einen vollautomatisierten AutoStore-Lagerbetrieb, verkaufen über mehr als zehn Marktplätze und eigene Shops, und unsere SaaS-Landschaft (Weclapp, Shopify, Marketplaces, Pulpo WMS, Pulse WCS, MongoDB, Azure) wird durch ein internes Team verbunden, automatisiert und mit eigenen Web-Oberflächen bedienbar gemacht.

Die Arbeit ist echtes Fullstack: hinten die Python-/Azure-Schicht, die alles zusammenhält, vorne React/TypeScript-Oberflächen — interne Dashboards, ein rollenbasiertes Management-Cockpit, operative Tools fürs Lager und Anpassungen an unseren Shop-Frontends. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior, der diese kritische Integrations-, Automatisierungs- und Oberflächenschicht mitprägt — technisch, architektonisch und im Mentoring eines lernbereiten Teams.

Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet

  • Backbone bauen: Du verantwortest die Python-/Azure-Functions-Landschaft, die unsere SaaS-Welt zusammenhält — von Marketplace-APIs über unser ERP (Weclapp) bis zur Lagerautomation.
  • Oberflächen liefern (Fullstack): Du baust und betreust unsere React/TypeScript-Frontends — internes Management-Cockpit mit rollenbasierten Sichten, Lager- und Marktplatz-Dashboards, operative Tools — und greifst bei Bedarf in die Shop-Frontends ein. End-to-end heißt bei uns wörtlich: vom API-Endpoint bis zur UI, die jemand im Lager oder in der Verwaltung wirklich nutzt.
  • Pulse WCS weiterführen: Unser Warehouse-Control-System (Python, AutoStore-Anbindung) hat eine klare Produkt-Roadmap. Du übernimmst Verantwortung dafür.
  • Operative Reife steigern: Wir haben funktionierenden Code — aber Raum für saubere Patterns: Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/Terraform), strukturiertes Logging in Application Insights, CI/CD, Mono-Repo-Strukturen, Workflow-Orchestrierung.
  • Mentoring: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen. Coaching, Code-Reviews und Wissenstransfer — Backend wie Frontend — sind Teil des Jobs.
  • Architektur prägen: Bei jeder neuen Maschine, jedem neuen Marktplatz, jedem neuen SaaS-Tool und jeder neuen Oberfläche wirst du an der Lösungsarchitektur sitzen.
Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

Pflicht:

  • Mehrjährige Senior-Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) in Python für produktive Systeme
  • Solide Erfahrung mit TypeScript/React in produktiven Anwendungen — echte Komponenten, State-Management, API-Anbindung (nicht nur Lesefähigkeit)
  • Tiefe Cloud-Kenntnisse in Azure (oder vergleichbar AWS/GCP): Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights
  • API-Integration aus dem Effeff: OAuth, Webhooks, Idempotenz, Retry/Backoff, Rate-Limiting
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep oder Terraform)
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions oder Azure DevOps)
  • Erfahrung mit MongoDB / NoSQL und mindestens einer SQL-Datenbank
  • Bereitschaft zur Vor-Ort-Arbeit in Massing (Pendel- oder Umzugsbereitschaft) — das ist nicht verhandelbar, weil wir physische Lager- und Maschinensysteme betreuen
  • Souveräner Umgang mit modernen AI-Coding-Tools (wir arbeiten viel mit Claude/Cursor)

  • Fundierte Web-Development-Praxis: moderne Frontend-Patterns, Komponenten-/Design-Systeme, Build-Tooling (Vite/Next.js), saubere Anbindung von REST-/GraphQL-APIs
