My client is actively seeking a Junior Project Manager to support an upcoming ERP implementation.


This opportunity is 3 days onsite in Lake Forest, IL


Responsibilities

  • Keep Project Managers informed of project management tool/technology changes and implications to their work.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for new and existing end-users.
  • Provide training for project team members on the use of project management tools and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training materials and resources, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and user guides.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status, progress, and outcomes of major projects.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers and executive leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT project management experience
  • 1+ year of ADO or Jira experience
  • Regulated enviroment experience preferred
