  • $90k-115k annual salary the first year, with future compensation contingent upon performance.
  • Benefits:
    • Healthcare (Kaiser Gold or Silver - employee choice), Employer pays 75% of premium) after 90-day trial period

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience working as a project manager in high-end residential remodeling in and around San Francisco. We don't consider experience with commercial work or public works projects as applicable to this position.
  • Minimum of 5+ continuous years as a tradesperson working in the field, preferably as a carpenter. We must verify this work with your prior employers in order for you to be considered for this position.
  • Intimate familiarity with the proper execution of all facets of residential construction and remodeling
  • Can read architectural and structural plans and understand notations
  • Fluency in English vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and syntax
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word, Google Drive, Windows and project management software
  • High-school diploma minimum / College degree a plus
  • Spanish-language proficiency a plus
  • Clean DMV and criminal record
  • Have smartphone with data plan
  • Ability to pass drug tests
  • Legal resident of the U. S. A.
